Yacht Chef Experience
Nick has been working as a yacht chef for 15 years, working on large reputable sail and motor yachts up to 75m. Worked extensively in the Med, Caribbean, Pacific and the East Coast of the US, he has also cruised the Indian ocean as well as in the Artic and Antartic.
Additionally Nick was asked to join a new build yacht in the yard to help set up the vessel for its launch.

Nick has been head chef in restaurants, yachts up to 75m and in private residences.

Nick has worked with some very talented chefs in the yachting industry and in restaurants.
Throughout my career, I have worked in many different establishments in the UK and travelled extensively. I have a wide knowledge and repertoire. Gained through my travels, of many different cuisines and dishes. I have worked in Michelin star restaurants, held the position of head chef for a busy 250 cover restaurant, and worked in Italian, French, Modern European and British restaurants.
Onboard I have worked both private and charter as head chef. I love discovering new cuisines wherever I go. Trying to learn the local cuisine and will try to attend Local cooking classes or approach restaurants to do some work experience (stages). I have also travelled independently on gastronomic tours of NY, San Francisco, India and France to mention a few.
I have all my seafarers qualifications, STCW95, Eng1, Ten years American B1/B2 Visa, Speed boat level 2, Ships Cooks Certificate, CoC and new build experience.
